Ok so its official im going to lose weight! I'm sick of starting these type of thinks, doing it for two days, then quiting. Am I really just a quitter? Heck NO! I sick of feeling like crap and I am so excited to do this! IM READY!
The diet im going to do is the 17 day diet. The diet consist of 17 day cycles and i have heared nothing but good things from it! Its basiccly fresh fruits and vegtables, and lean meats, and it says you supose to lose 10 to 12 pounds and im am so excited! Esscpecially with the cruise coming up in less than a month i think its giving me a ton of motivation!
Also with this new diet plan I want to start getting into the bible more, latly ive felt like such a slacker with my quiet times. Im going to start waking up 15 extra minuets to start with to get into the words, I want my body and spirit to be healthy. Im done with slacking off and procrasinating. Its over with hello new and improved emily.
